RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Return Period We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligible Items The following items may be returned if they meet our return conditions:

  • Duvet covers and duvet inners
  • Pillowcases and pillows
  • Bedding sets
  • Towels
  • Curtains
  • Blankets
  • Scatter cushions

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or washed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalized items

Size Exchanges If you've ordered the wrong size for duvet covers or other bedding items, we're happy to exchange them for the correct size (Single, Double, Queen, or King) within 7 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at homeoptions@mozimax.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with return instructions and address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
