1. OVERVIEW Home Options ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online store selling home textiles and bedding accessories, including duvet covers, bedding, pillows, towels, curtains, blankets, and scatter cushions. By using our website, you agree to these terms in full.

4. PRODUCT SIZES Our bedding products are available in standard South African sizes (Single, Double, Queen, King). Please refer to our size guide to ensure you select the correct size for your needs. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unused, unwashed items in original packaging
  • Items must have all original tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used bedding and towels cannot be returned
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items

8. PRODUCT CARE

  • Care instructions are provided on product labels and our website
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or washing
  • Warranty claims require proof of proper care and use
